Orders received by 1pm AEST are processed and shipped the same day wherever possible. During busy periods processing may occasionally take a little longer.
Australian Delivery
- Standard Delivery — $12.90 flat rate (FREE for orders over $125). Usually 5–7 business days from lodgement, with tracking via registered post.
- Express Delivery — $19.90 flat rate. Usually 1–3 business days via Australia Post or courier.
- Bulk orders (40+ items) — $35.90 flat rate (standard postage).
Free shipping excludes oversized orders larger than a standard satchel; additional fees may apply.

Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking number is provided with your shipping confirmation.
- A signature is required on delivery unless you grant Authority to Leave.
- Insurance is not included by default but is available for an additional cost.
- Return-to-sender parcels incur a $19.95 fee, or the actual return postage if greater.
