SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

Express shipping is carried out through either Australia Post eParcel or one of our courier companies. Both are trackable services and take between 1-3 business days. Standard Delivery also uses Australia Post or courier services, is trackable, but may take a little longer (around 5-7 business days). Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia. If you are an international customer, please find information further down the page. Current postage prices are listed below:

Standard Delivery - $7.95 flat rate (free for orders over $100.00)
Delivered within 5 - 7 business days anywhere in Australia. Trackable service either through registered mail or courier.

Express Delivery - $9.95 flat rate
Delivered in 1 - 3 business days anywhere in Australia.
If you are outside the Australia Post Express Post network you may experience a minor delay.

Express Platinum Delivery (trackable, requires signature) - $15.95 flat rate
Next Business Day Delivery anywhere in Australia* (for locations within the same Express Post Next Business Day network or within the courier service range).

If you are outside the Australia Post Express Post network you may experience a minor delay.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

Delivered in anywhere around the world. International shipping is carried out through Australia Post. When you checkout our system will provide you with an exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time based on your country and the total weight of your order. International Airmail - AU$15.95 flat rate
Air mail is the standard service accommodating overseas parcels.
Speed: 3-12 days*
Tracking: Not available
Signature on delivery: No

Express International Airmail - AU$40.00 flat rate
All the benefits of International Airmail, but with priority handling.
Speed: 3-7 business days*
Tracking: Limited

Please note that Express Post International does not include insurance, however this can be arranged at extra cost if required.

From time to time we offer free shipping promotions on all orders. When you choose this free free shipping your item will be sent via standard delivery with insurance. Free shipping is not valid for international orders.
